Kisiis famous fermented milk " Amabere Amaroranu"

The mysterious, valued traditionally prepared milk from kisii sparks a bit of curiosity, as it happens to be passed down from household to household. It has been clearly agreed that in an attempt to start your own recipe it will go bad or, not have the same outcome hence you have to get it from someone who had it before, who got it from someone else and the chain continues...

Could there be a secret recipe, a secret chemical component or is it just mystery having it at the back of our minds that it is "kisiis". A few biologists who share the same curiosity have tried yo make the milk" Amabere Amaroranu" from scratch and haven't had much of a success...what then is the secret.
