President William Ruto in his recent speech has since mentioned the allocation of ksh 100 million to support women leaders in the campaign against femicide.Recently femicide cases have since been on the rise and women have been advocating for the end of that .Women in various locations in Kenya have been murdered brutally without a reason being known.Some women have also experienced gender bades violence in their homes.And that is why women have formed campaigns so that it could at least help to reduce this.
